Van Zyverden Hollyhocks Alcea Rosea Red Set of 5 Roots Red Full Sun Perennial Pollinator 1 lb

Hollyhocks (Alcea) are perhaps the definitive old-fashioned garden plant. They are the tall stately flowers you admire in older established gardens of older homes. Alcea Rosea Red produces true red flowers adding fireworks to the garden. Typically biennial, allow the seeds to fall and the clump will persist and return for years to come. They are Royal Horticultural Society prize winners! They bloom for weeks and make for a great backdrop and tall garden dividers. Plant several packs to create that mass color effect. 24 plants will give you an 18 to 27 foot color wall in your garden. Wow! Hollyhocks are a must have for the cottage garden. Plant this perennial in a location with full sun exposure. Keywords: Van Zyverden, Hollyhocks Alcea Rosea Red, pollinator, USDA Hardiness Zones 2-8, 1 lb
