For instant on/off control, use the Pulse setting.<br>Recipe<br><br>Hummus<br>Ingredients<br>• 2 cloves garlic<br>• 2 green onions, white portion and half of green top<br>• 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained<br>• ¼ cup tahini<br>• 3 to 4 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice<br>• 2 teaspoons olive oil<br>• ¼ teaspoon cumin<br>• Salt and pepper to taste<br>• Dash cayenne<br>• Paprika<br>Directions<br>Using chopping/mixing blade and with processor running, drop garlic cloves and onion into food chute. Then add garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Continue to process until smooth, scraping bowl as needed.
