Expert Gardener Pink Muhly Grass, 2.5 Gallon Live Outdoor Ornamental Perennial, Full Sun to Part Shade

This Pink Muhly Grass is a live outdoor ornamental perennial in a 2.5 gallon grower pot. It brings soft pink plumes from late summer through fall and adds texture to borders, accents, small hedges, mass plantings, or containers. This clumping grass is drought-tolerant once established and offers easy-care landscape interest through the season. For planting, dig a hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil with your native soil. Set the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above ground level when backfilling. Cut it back in late winter to make room for fresh spring growth, and use a slow-release granular fertilizer in spring. The plant can also be divided every three years to help maintain its upright habit.
