Christos Xenophontos with the Rhode Island DOT kicked off this quarterly meeting with a warm welcome and agenda overview. Then we'll hear updates from AASHTO and FHWA.  In the feature presentation, Kelly Morton with FHWA shared SPD findings on safety.
